Context
According to data from 2023¹, there are 206,000 people living on the streets in Brazil. In the state of São Paulo, there are 87,000 people living on the streets, with more than 52,000 in the capital.
ARCAH's know-how is to welcome and generate income, housing and autonomy opportunities for this population, both in its own projects (Urban Social Garden) and in partner organizations.

Root Cause
Our History
We are a non-profit organization, founded in 2012, that promotes the restoration of dignity and citizenship of the homeless population, through systemic and comprehensive support to achieve their economic autonomy.
Who we help
People living on the streets, in shelters or transitional homes;
Drug addicts; and/or
Former inmates of the prison system.
